We do not verify the accuracy, legality, or availability of any parking spots listed on our platform. Users are solely responsible for ensuring the legality and accuracy of their listings.
Rewards Points: Users can earn points through donations, referrals, and platform engagement. Points can be used to enter sweepstakes drawings. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
Sweepstakes Entries: Monthly sweepstakes are available to registered users. Entry requirements, prize details, and drawing dates are specified for each sweepstakes. By entering, you agree to the Official Sweepstakes Rules available on our platform.
Countdown Timer System: Sweepstakes drawings begin when the community reaches 1,000 total entries. A 7-day countdown timer starts automatically. Users can continue entering until the timer expires.
Prize Claims: Winners will be notified via email and must claim prizes within the specified deadline. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. Winners may be required to complete verification and tax documentation.
Restrictions: We reserve the right to disqualify entries obtained through fraudulent means, bot activity, or violation of these Terms. Employees and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

User Responsibilities: You must provide accurate vehicle and contact information. You are responsible for moving your vehicle promptly upon notification. Failure to respond to alerts may result in tickets.
Program Overview: The Paid to Drive program allows qualified users to earn money by displaying advertisements on their vehicles. Participation is limited and subject to approval.

The SaveParking name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of SaveParking or its affiliates.
You may not copy, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service, except as follows:
By submitting content to the Service (including parking spot listings, reviews, and comments), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with providing the Service.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NEITHER SAVEPARKING NOR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH SAVEPARKING REPRESENTS OR WARRANTS THAT:

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF SAVEPARKING HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO SAVEPARKING IN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS, OR, IF GREATER, ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@saveparking.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith for at least 30 days.
Mandatory Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be conducted in the United States, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
Class Action Waiver: YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, YOU AND SAVEPARKING EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
Exceptions: Nothing in these Terms will be deemed to waive, preclude, or otherwise limit the right of either party to: (a) bring an individual action in small claims court; (b) pursue an enforcement action through the applicable federal, state, or local agency if that action is available; (c) seek injunctive relief in a court of law; or (d) file suit in a court of law to address an intellectual property infringement claim.
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms that is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, natural disaster, epidemic, pandemic, power failure, internet service provider failure, hardware failure, strikes, riots, war, terrorism, governmental actions, or any other event beyond our control.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and SaveParking regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements between you and SaveParking relating to the Service.
