Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of SaveParking, Inc. ("Sponsor"), which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
The SaveParking Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by SaveParking, Inc., United States.
Each Sweepstakes runs monthly, with specific start and end times announced within the SaveParking application or website (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The countdown timer begins when the community reaches 1,000 total entries and runs for 7 days. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
The prize(s) available to be won will be specified within the SaveParking application or website for each Sweepstakes Period. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize.
Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in [Your State].

For a list of winners (available approximately 30 days after the end of each Sweepstakes Period), please contact us at support@saveparking.com. Requests must specify the sweepstakes period for which the winner list is requested and be received within sixty (60) days after the end of that Sweepstakes Period.
