VIP Terms & Conditions

1.1 Pricing: VIP Supporter subscription costs $29.99 per month, VIP Pro subscription costs $59.99 per month, charged automatically.

1.2 Automatic Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews on a monthly basis until you cancel.

1.3 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

1.4 No Refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused benefits.

1.5 Price Changes: Save Parking reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice.

2.1 EZ-Pass Gift Card:

• VIP SUPPORTER: Receive a $10 EZ-Pass gift card monthly for the first 6 months of subscription (Total value: $60)
• VIP PRO: Receive a $30 EZ-Pass gift card every month as long as subscription is active (no time limit)
• Gift cards delivered via email within 7 business days after each successful monthly payment
• Must maintain active subscription to receive monthly gift cards
• ONE-TIME BENEFIT ONLY: This is a first-time subscriber benefit. If you cancel your subscription, you permanently lose eligibility for EZ-Pass gift cards, even if you re-subscribe in the future
• Canceling before receiving all eligible months forfeits remaining gift cards
• Missed payments may delay or forfeit that month's gift card
• Gift cards are non-transferable and have no cash value
• Save Parking is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards
• EZ-Pass gift cards subject to EZ-Pass terms and conditions
• Benefit only available while subscription is active and user has not previously canceled

2.2 Monthly Points:

• VIP SUPPORTER: 10 points automatically added to your account each month
• VIP PRO: 20 points automatically added to your account each month
• Points added at the beginning of each billing cycle
• Points expire according to our standard points policy

2.3 Parking Ticket Coverage:

• PARKING-RELATED TICKETS ONLY: Coverage applies exclusively to parking violations such as double parking, meter violations, parking in no-parking zones, expired parking, etc.
• NOT COVERED: Speeding tickets, moving violations, registration violations, inspection violations, toll violations, red light camera tickets, or any non-parking related citations
• COVERAGE AMOUNTS: VIP Supporter covers up to $65 per ticket. VIP Pro covers up to $115 per ticket. Tickets are paid in FULL - we do NOT make partial payments
• OVER THE LIMIT: If your parking ticket exceeds your plan's coverage limit ($65 for VIP Supporter or $115 for VIP Pro), it is NOT covered at all. No exceptions, no partial payments
• PAST TICKETS NOT COVERED: Only tickets received 24 hours or more AFTER your subscription start date are eligible. Past tickets received before subscribing or within the first 24 hours are NOT covered
• TIMING REQUIREMENT: Coverage begins 24 hours after subscription activation. Any tickets issued before or during the first 24 hours are ineligible
• Coverage for ONE (1) eligible parking ticket per 6-month period
• Benefit renews every 6 months from subscription start date
• Must provide proof of parking ticket (photo or physical copy) showing issue date
• Ticket must be valid, legitimate, and issued by authorized entity
• Coverage excludes: towing fees, boot removal, impound fees, vehicle immobilization, storage fees
• Reimbursement processed within 14 business days of approval
• Save Parking reserves the right to deny fraudulent, suspicious, or ineligible claims
• Final determination of eligibility is at Save Parking's sole discretion
• Benefit only available while subscription is active

2.4 Referral Program:

• VIP SUBSCRIBERS ONLY: Only active VIP subscribers (Supporter or Pro) can participate in the referral program and earn referral commissions
• Earn $5 per successful referral who purchases VIP Supporter subscription, or $8 per successful referral who purchases VIP Pro subscription
• Referrals are automatically tracked using your unique referral code
• Each VIP member receives a unique referral code upon activation
• When someone signs up using your referral link and subscribes to VIP, you earn $5
• PAYMENT PROCESS: Earnings are tracked but NOT paid instantly. You must request payment to receive funds
• PAYMENT METHODS: Referral payments are made via PayPal, CashApp, or Zelle only
• To request payment, contact Save Parking support with your preferred payment method and account details
• Minimum payout threshold may apply (typically $10-$25)
• Payments processed within 7-14 business days of request
• Earnings balance displayed on your VIP Supporter profile page
• If you cancel your VIP subscription, you forfeit any unpaid referral earnings
• Self-referrals, fraudulent referrals, or fake accounts will result in account termination and forfeiture of all earnings
• Referrals tracked through URL parameter: ?ref=YOUR_CODE
• Each user can only be referred once (first referral code used counts)
• Save Parking reserves the right to investigate suspicious referral activity
• Save Parking may modify or discontinue referral program at any time with notice

2.5 Priority Support:

• Faster response times to support inquiries (target: 24-48 hours)
• Does not guarantee immediate response or resolution
• Subject to support team availability

2.6 Watch & Call Feature:

• Feature is in development and not yet available
• Access provided when feature launches (no guaranteed timeline)
• Save Parking may decide not to launch this feature

3.1 Right to Modify: Save Parking reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any VIP benefits at any time with or without notice.

3.2 Feature Changes: Benefits described are subject to change. We will attempt to provide reasonable notice when possible.

3.3 Service Interruptions: Save Parking is not liable for service interruptions, technical issues, or downtime affecting VIP benefits.

4.1 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4.2 Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and current payment and contact information.

4.3 Prohibited Activities: You may not:

• Share VIP account access with others
• Create fake referrals or engage in fraudulent activities
• Submit false parking ticket claims
• Abuse support services or benefits
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5.1 By User: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Benefits end at the close of your current billing period.

5.2 By Save Parking: We reserve the right to terminate your VIP subscription immediately for:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Payment failure or chargebacks
• Abuse of benefits or support
• Any reason at our sole discretion

5.3 No Refund on Termination: Termination by either party does not entitle you to a refund.

6.1 No Guarantees: VIP benefits are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6.2 Limited Liability: Save Parking's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the past 12 months.

6.3 No Consequential Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

6.4 Third-Party Services: Save Parking is not responsible for third-party services (EZ-Pass, payment processors, etc.).

7.1 Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

7.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration, not class action lawsuits.

7.3 Waiver of Class Actions: You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

8.1 Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Save Parking.

8.2 Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

8.3 Assignment: You may not transfer your subscription to another person.

8.4 Updates to Terms: We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
